Starting this fall our crew will be doing a 15 school tour leading up to The Becoming. This is one massive event that will take place at Knox County High School on Monday November 2nd. We'll be kickin' off the event at 6:00 o'clock that evening. The Becoming involves dance, drama, video, and a concert that will blow your mind. Skateboard legend Jay Haizlip from The Uprising and Steelroots TV will be speaking at this year's event theuprisinghere.com
Believe it or not, that night we will be giving away 2 million dollars worth of scholarships to students of Southeastern Kentucky. We are committed to breaking the multigenerational cycle of poverty that has plagued our area for far too long, and giving young people the opportunity to fulfill their God giving dreams.
The event revolves around one question, "What are you becoming?" Our team believes that everyone was hooked up to succeed. However, our dreams never determine our destiny. Destiny is determined by our decisions. The question is not, "What do you want to be?" The question is, "What are you becoming?"
